Hiring Agreement. The Contractor agrees to execute and comply with the enclosed Maryland Department of Human Resources (DHR) Hiring Agreement (Attachment O). The Hiring Agreement is to be executed by the Bidder/Offeror and delivered to the Procurement Officer within ten (10) Working Days following receipt of notice by the Bidder/Offeror that it is being recommended for contract award. The Hiring Agreement will become effective concurrently with the award of the contract. The Hiring Agreement provides that the Contractor and DHR will work cooperatively to promote hiring by the Contractor of qualified individuals for job openings resulting from this procurement, in accordance with Md. Code Xxx., State Finance and Procurement Article §13-224.
Hiring Agreement a) LOSCAM agrees to hire the Equipment to the Hirer, and the Hirer agrees to hire the Equipment from LOSCAM, on the terms and conditions of this agreement.
b) If there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions contained in the body of this agreement and any term or condition in the Schedule, the term or condition in the Schedule will prevail.
c) Equipment may only be used for lawful purposes.
d) The Hirer is responsible for all Equipment on hire to it by LOSCAM whether that Equipment is in the Hirer's possession and control or not.
Hiring Agreement. In consideration of the Hire Charge, Alcester Town Council agrees to permit the Hirer to use the Premises for the use and for the period described in the online Booking Form. All details inserted in the online Booking Form are part of this Agreement. This Hiring Agreement includes the Standard Conditions set out below. These standard conditions apply to all Hirers of the EPCC. If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, the Centre Administrator should immediately be consulted. Failure to comply with any of the conditions of hire will result in forfeiture of part or all of the refundable deposit.
Hiring Agreement a) In consideration of the Hire Fee detailed in the Hire Charges, Peterborough & District Bowls Centre agrees to permit the Hirer to use the Hall for the function and the period(s) described on the electronic or paper Booking Form. All details inserted in the Electronic or Paper Booking Form are part of this agreement.
b) This hiring agreement includes these standard conditions and any special agreements as set out in the schedule below.
Hiring Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and may not be waived, amended, modified or supplemented except by agreement in writing signed by the party against whom the enforcement of any waiver, amendment, modification or supplement is sought. Waiver of or failure to exercise any right provided by this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any further or future rights.
Hiring Agreement. For the purposes of these conditions a hirer shall mean: • Authorised representatives of a village society or organization. • Residents of the Village.
Hiring Agreement. Cressage, Harley and Sheinton Parish Council agree to permit the hirer to use the premises on the, dates and times described on the booking form and as advised. All details on the booking form are part of the agreement.
Hiring Agreement. This agreement is made between (St Xxxxx Parochial Church Council) (“The Trustee”) (1) and the Hirer (2) named below.
Hiring Agreement. In consideration of the Hire Fee detailed on the Booking Form, Stilton Parish Council agrees to permit the Hirer to use the Premises for the Function and the Period(s) described in the Booking Form. All details inserted in the Booking Form are part of this agreement. This hiring agreement includes these standard conditions and any special agreements as set out in the schedule below.
Hiring Agreement. In consideration of the Hire Fee detailed on the Booking Form, Xxxxxx Institute agrees to permit the Xxxxx to use the Premises for the Function and for the Period(s) described in the booking form. All details inserted in the booking form are part of this Agreement. This Hiring Agreement includes these Standard Conditions and Special Conditions set out below.
