Hiring Employees. As early as possible, and before the company enters an agreement to hire employees in accordance with the applicable rules in Chapter 14 (see Section 14-12 and 14-13) of the (Norwegian) Working Environment Act, the extent and need shall be discussed with the employee representatives, cf.
