Holiday Accrual. Compensatory time off in lieu of holidays earned after the effective date of this Agreement shall be recorded in a separate leave category to be known as Holiday Leave. Subject to the rules governing the granting of annual leave, an employee shall be given the opportunity to exhaust such time within a year of its accrual, or prior to separation from service, whichever comes first.
