Holiday Lieu Pay. Holiday pay for a full-time employee who works regular hours will be computed on the basis of the number of hours the full-time employee would have worked had there been no holiday, at their regular rate of pay. Effective in the second pay period following ratification of the Collective Agreement, part-time and casual employees shall be paid 5.2% of basic rate of pay on each pay, in lieu of a paid time off.
