HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OFF. The intern is entitled to holiday according to the provisions of the Holiday Payments Act and the collective agreement. The intern is entitled to 1 day off for each 2.4 months of employment according to the provisions of the collective agreement.
HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OFF.
1. The Danish Holidays Act and the executive order in force at any time on holiday for seafarers apply to the employment. For each month of employment, 3 days of holiday are earned, which are held as periodic days. Unless otherwise agreed, the holiday is considered to have commenced, the day after arrival at the home. Accrued holiday is spent in the first days of the home period. If the entire holiday cannot be spent during the first home period, the remaining holiday is considered to have been spent during the immediately following home period or periods.
2. For seafarers who spend holiday without having accrued full right to paid holiday, a deduction is made in the salary.
3. Unless otherwise agreed, holiday pay of 1 % of the holiday pay earned in the previous calendar year is granted. Holiday pay accrued in the period from 1 September to 31 May is paid together with the salary for the month of May, while accrued holiday pay for the period from 1 June to 31 August is paid together with the salary for the month of August.
4. Upon a seafarer's resignation, Danish Shipping's holiday card scheme is used.
5. Unless otherwise agreed, the officer earns for each day service on board 0.802 days off, which can be settled from the day after the return home and until the last full day at home before new signing on. During trips, courses and the like, freedom is neither earned nor spent. Freedom is, however, spent during the notice period when participat- ing in courses in accordance with section 12.

HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OFF. 1. During the workweeks which include the eleven (11) holidays, all employees, except as are hereinafter provided for in subsections (2) and (3), who have been employed continuously on the regular payroll of the Company for sixty (60) calendar days preceding such holiday workweek and who work the regularly scheduled workdays immediately preceding and immediately following the holiday, unless the Company within its discretion waive such requirement for either of such workdays, shall be paid for such unworked holidays at his or her base rates. The Company shall have the right to change scheduled days off for any employees during said eleven (11) holiday workweeks during the period between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and in any week including a holiday or half holiday on which a store is open. HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OFF. An employee that works a regular shift on any holiday or on his regular day off shall be paid the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times for the first two (2) hours and double (2x) times the applicable hourly rate thereafter.
HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OFF. 7.1 The Manager earns and takes his holidays in accordance with the rules of the Danish Holidays Act. In addition, the Director has – starting from the day of employment – five additional paid holidays (Danish: feriefridage) each holiday year. The five extra holidays are to be placed according to the rules on residual holiday of the Holidays Act.
7.2 The special holiday allowance according to the Holidays Act will be paid out at a rate of [insert percentage, 1% or higher percentage]. Upon resignation, the special holiday allowance of [insert percentage] % will be added to the holiday allowance of 12,5%.
7.3 As from the date of commencement of service the Manager is entitled to full salary during his holidays. The Manager is entitled to replacement holidays in case of illness during his holidays.
7.4 The Manager cannot be ordered to take his holidays during his period of notice. This also applies if the Manager has been made redundant.
7.5 Christmas Eve Day, New Year’s Eve Day, Friday after Ascension Day and Constitution Day are fully salaried holidays.
HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OFF. The Employees are entitled to 30 calendar days of paid vacation after they have been employed for one year. This is roughly equivalent to 22 working days. In addition, Employees are entitled to official public holidays declared for the sector in which they are working (public or private). Muslim employees are also entitled to 30 days’ unpaid leave once during their employment to perform Hajj (pilgrimage).
HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OFF. 5.1 The Engineer shall be entitled to holidays in accordance with the provisions of the Holidays with Pay Act plus x weeks. The special holiday supplement provided for in the Holidays with Pay Act shall be paid at the rate of x% of the salary and secondment supplement referred to in items 3.1 and 3.2 above. The Engineer is entitled to holidays with pay from the time when he takes up his duties, without having earned any right thereto under the Holidays with Pay Act. The Engineer is entitled to compensatory holidays for documented illness in excess of one (1) week's duration during holidays.
5.2 Upon expiry of the secondment the Engineer is entitled to have accrued untaken holidays and accrued holiday allowance paid out before his/her return to Denmark.
5.3 National holidays and days off in the country of secondment as well as the Danish holidays in connection with Easter, Christmas and New Year shall be days off.
5.4 During illness the Engineer will receive his/her normal salary.
5.5 The Engineer is entitled to x days off with pay in connection with the illness of an infant, and to time off with pay for own and children's visits to the doctor and dentist.
5.6 The Engineer is entitled to time/days off with pay during postgraduate education.
