HOLIDAYS AND LEAVE. 10.1 You are entitled to leaves in accordance with the applicable laws and Policies of the Company. As the leave year commences on 1 January your entitlement for this year will be prorated based on your Commencement Date. Any leave entitlement must be taken in accordance with the Policies. Statutory leave is deemed to be taken first.
