HOLIDAYS & HOLIDAY PAY. 12.01 Employees shall will be entitled to receive an amount equal to four percent (4%) percent of their total wages regular earnings in lieu of the following holidays: New Year's Day Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day Good Friday Day, Thanksgiving Day Victoria Day Day, Remembrance Day Canada Day Day, Christmas Day B.C. and Boxing Day, or any further days proclaimed by the Federal or Provincial Government.
