Common use of HOLIDAYS & HOLIDAY PAY Clause in Contracts

HOLIDAYS & HOLIDAY PAY. 12.01 Employees shall be entitled to receive an amount equal to four percent (4%) of their total wages in lieu of the following holidays: New Year's Day Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Victoria Day Remembrance Day Canada Day Christmas Day B.C. Day 12.02 An Employee required to work on one of the above holidays shall receive overtime pay of one and one-half (1½) times his regular wages for all hours worked.

Day 12.02 An Employee Day Boxing Day Employees required to work on one of the above holidays shall receive overtime pay of one and one-half (1½1%) times his regular wages for all hours worked.

Day Victoria Day Remembrance Christmas Day Canada Day Christmas Day B.C. Boxing Day 12.02 An Employee Employees required to work on one of the above holidays shall receive overtime pay of one and one-half (1½) times his double their regular wages for all hours worked.

HOLIDAYS & HOLIDAY PAY. 12.01 Employees shall be entitled to receive an amount equal to four percent five (45%) percent of their total wages earnings in lieu of the following holidays: New Year's ’s Day Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Victoria Day Remembrance Day Canada Day Christmas Day B.C. Day 12.02 An Employee Employees required to work on one of the above holidays shall receive overtime pay of one and one-half (1½) times his their regular wages for all the first twelve (12) hours worked. Thereafter they shall receive two (2) times the regular hourly rate.
