Home Office. The main office of Surviving Bank located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000, and all branch offices of Surviving Bank immediately prior to the Bank Merger shall continue to be the main office and branch offices, respectively, of the Surviving Institution at the Effective Time of the Bank Merger. The main office and branch offices of Merging Target Bank immediately prior to the Bank Merger shall become branch offices of the Surviving Institution at the Effective Time of the Bank Merger.
