Signing of Contract 46.1 Upon the expiry of the fourteen days of the Notification of Intention to enter into contract and upon the parties meeting their respective statutory requirements, the Procuring Entity shall send the successful Tenderer the Contract Agreement.
Grouping of contracts To the extent practicable, contracts for goods shall be grouped in bid packages estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more each.
Awarding of Contracts 1. To be considered for award, a tender shall be submitted in writing and shall, at the time of opening, comply with the essential requirements set out in the notices and tender documentation and be from a supplier that satisfies the conditions for participation.
Banking of RDOs (a) Where the Employer and an Employee agree up to five RDOs may be accrued for the purpose of creating a bank to be drawn upon by the Employee at times mutually agreed. Details of such banked RDOs will be entered on to each Employee’s employment records.
SUBLETTING OF CONTRACT (11-18-2014) 108-6 SP1 G186 Revise the 2012 Standard Specifications as follows: Page 1-66, Article 108-6 Subletting of Contract, line 37, add the following as the second sentence of the first paragraph: All requests to sublet work shall be submitted within 30 days of the date of availability or prior to expiration of 20% of the contract time, whichever date is later, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. Purchasing materials for subcontractors is not included in the percentage of work required to be performed by the Contractor. If the Contractor sublets items of work but elects to purchase material for the subcontractor, the value of the material purchased will be included in the total dollar amount considered to have been sublet.
F2 Monitoring of Contract Performance F2.1 The Contractor shall immediately inform the Authority if any aspect of the Contract is not being or is unable to be performed, the reasons for non-performance, any corrective action and the date by which that action will be completed.
Monitoring of Contract Performance The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.
Printing of Contract Each party agrees to assume the responsibility and associated costs of printing of their contract, unless the parties mutually agree to do otherwise.
EXTENSION OF CONTRACT The Director of Procurement Services may, with the consent of the contractor extend the Contract period beyond the indicated expiration date.
RECORDING OF SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS The Bank may (but shall not be obliged to) at its absolute discretion tape or otherwise record all Service Instructions, and the Account Holder agrees to the use of such tapes or recordings and any transcripts thereof which the Bank may make for any purpose that the Bank deems desirable, including their use as evidence in any proceedings against the Account Holder or any other person.
