Hospital Privileges. Schedule 2.23 hereto lists all of the hospitals ------------------- ------------- at which each Stockholder is a member of the medical staff.
Hospital Privileges. If Provider is a physician, Provider shall maintain staff privileges at a hospital designated by BCBSM as a “participating” hospital in the MA PPO network. BCBSM may waive this requirement if Provider’s practice does not require the maintenance of hospital staff privileges.
Hospital Privileges. The PMP shall have admitting privileges at a local accredited hospital. PMPs without such privileges must make arrangements for admissions with a physician of similar specialty who does have admitting privileges. These arrangements must be documented in writing and are subject to approval of the Care Select Program. PMPs who provide prenatal services must also have delivery privileges. PMPs who withdraw from or lose their hospital admitting or delivery privileges must notify the Care Select Program within seven (7) days.
Hospital Privileges. Physician agrees to maintain active staff privileges at ______________ during the term of this agreement. Physician further agrees to fulfill the obligations attendant to granting of such privileges, as defined in the Bylaws of Hospital’s medical staff. The Clinic shall pay all fees, dues, subscriptions and other costs and expenses associated with applying and renewing such staff privileges.
Hospital Privileges. The State of Montana does not generally allow for Naturopathic Physicians to have hospital care privileges at this time. However, if Member should require hospitalization, Elevate Health will coordinate with the admitting facility/physician in an effort to ensure Member is receiving care congruent with Member’s standards and expectations in a timely manner.
Hospital Privileges. Group will ensure that Group Physicians have admitting privileges at contracted hospitals which meet the requirements for the hospital services to which Members are entitled. Alternatively, Group will arrange for the provision of such services.
Hospital Privileges. Ensure that each of the LLC's physicians possesses and maintains staff privileges on the medical staff of those hospitals and institutions set forth on Exhibit 4.3(a)(ii) of each such physician's Professional Services Employment Agreement, and such other hospitals and institutions as Doctors Health and the LLC shall agree upon.

The TPA will contractually assure that each participating provider is required to possess and maintain admitting privileges at a minimum of one (1) participating hospital, unless the TPA has requested in writing and received approval from OI to exempt the participating provider from this requirement. In the event of such a request, the TPA must explain the need to have said provider as a participating provider along with the process of assuring that participants will not be adversely affected by the provider’s lack of privileges at a participating hospital. The TPA will provide OI a quarterly report of network providers who do not have admitting privileges at a participating hospital.

If Physician is an Admitting Physician, during the entire term of this Agreement, Physician shall remain a member in good standing of the medical staff of a [Participating Hospital], with privileges that are appropriate to allow admission to a Participating Hospital of patients by Physician.
