Host Insurance. HOST shall procure and maintain in force during the term of this Agreement, at its sole cost and expense, insurance in amounts that are reasonably necessary to protect it against liability arising from any and all negligent acts or incidents caused by its employees and list the University as an additional insured.

Host Insurance. During the Term, Host shall maintain the following coverages with limits not less than the following amounts:
Host Insurance. During the Term, Host shall maintain in full force and effect, at its cost and expense: (i) full replacement cost Property Insurance (written on an "all-risk/special perils” basis) for (1) the Host Property and all improvements thereon (but excluding any EVI property); and (2) all personal property and trade fixtures owned by Host located at the Host Property; and (ii) Commercial General Liability Insurance, written on an occurrence basis, covering bodily injury (including death), personal injury, and property damage, with limits of not less than $500,000 per occurrence, $1,000,000 aggregate.
Host Insurance. 6.2.1. During the License Term, Host shall maintain insurance in the following amounts: 6.2.1.1. Full replacement cost Property Insurance (written on an “special perils” basis) for (1) the Host Property and all improvements thereon (including without limitation the Licensed Space and all electrical infrastructure for the Electric Vehicle Charging Station); and (2) all personal property, machinery, equipment and trade fixtures located at the Host Property or owned by Host; and 6.2.1.2. Commercial General Liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of liability of at least $2,000,000 for personal injuries or deaths of persons occurring in or about the Licensed Space and Host Property. 6.2.2. Annually, Host shall provide CSG with a certificate of insurance and endorsement, evidencing the required coverages, stating that the insurance is primary with regard to Host and naming CSG as an additional insured.
Host Insurance. (a) During the Term, Host shall maintain (or cause other third parties contemplated in Section 6.2(a), as applicable, to maintain) in full force and effect, at its cost and expense: i. Full replacement cost Property Insurance (written on a “special perils” basis) for (1) the Host Property and all improvements thereon (including without limitation the Designated Spaces, the Electric Service Infrastructure and Make-Ready Stubs); and (2) all personal property, machinery, equipment and trade fixtures located at the Host Property or owned by Host. ii. Commercial General Liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of liability of at least $2,000,000 for personal injuries or deaths of persons occurring in or about the Designated Spaces and Host Property. iii. Automobile Liability with a combined single limit of $1,000,000.00 that includes coverage for owned, non-owned and hired vehicles. (b) From time to time upon request, Host shall provide eVgo with a certificate of insurance, evidencing the required coverages.

  • Umbrella Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain umbrella coverage over Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile. Minimum Limits: $2,000,000

  • Travel Insurance The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.

  • Accident Insurance It is highly recommended that either the Sending Institution or the Receiving Organisation/Enterprise provide insurance coverage to the trainee, and fill in the information in Table B or C accordingly. The trainee must be covered at least by an accident insurance (damages caused to the trainee at the workplace) and by a liability insurance (damages caused by the trainee at the workplace).

  • Tenant Insurance Landlord is not liable to Tenant or any of Tenant's invitees, licensees, and/or guests for any damages not proximately caused by Landlord and Landlord will not compensate Tenant or any other person for damages proximately caused by any other source, including acts of God and nature. Tenant is therefore strongly encouraged to purchase insurance to protect Tenant, Tenant's personal property and any person on the Property for Tenant.

  • Travel Accident Insurance We agree to provide you with Travel Accident Insurance at no direct cost to you. You, your spouse and unmarried dependent children will be automatically insured against accidental bodily injuries or death while riding in any aircraft or land or water conveyance operated by a common carrier licensed to carry passengers for hire provided the full travel fare(s) has been charged to your Account. Death benefits will be paid to the estate of the insured; all other benefits will be paid to the insured. This insurance is subject to cancellation without prior notice. You understand and agree that the Certificate of Insurance controls all insurance terms and conditions to the exclusion of any statements made in this Agreement regarding limitations, exclusions, and claims procedures.

  • Fire Insurance The LESSEE shall not permit any use of the leased premises which will make voidable any insurance on the property of which the leased premises are a part, or on the contents of said property or which shall be contrary to any law or regulation from time to time established by the New England Fire Insurance Rating Association, or any similar body succeeding to its powers. The LESSEE shall on demand reimburse the LESSOR, and all other tenants, all extra insurance premiums caused by the LESSEE's use of the premises.

  • Group Insurance All employees covered by this Agreement shall receive the same group insurance benefits as provided to other County employees in accordance with the County Benefit Program.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.

  • Tail Insurance Buyer shall deliver evidence of its tail insurance coverage required by Section 6.13 hereof.
