Hosting Providers. All of the Simpleview products are delivered via cloud hosting environments from either Microsoft or Google. Both of these companies are world leaders in providing flexible computer storage, and networking solutions collectively known as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and they enable Simpleview to deliver a robust and high-performing hosting solution to the Client. 2.1 Microsoft Azure Cloud (MAC)
Hosting Providers. Customer acknowledges that the Service is hosted by third party hosting providers (the “Hosting Contractors”). SPIDR Tech may change its Hosting Contractors at any time. Customer’s use of the Service is subject to any applicable restrictions imposed by the Hosting Contractors. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, SPIDR Tech shall not be liable for any problems, failures, defects or errors with the Service to the extent caused by the Hosting Contractors. Customer acknowledges that the fees payable for the Service reflect the fact that SPIDR Tech is not responsible for the acts and omissions of the Hosting Contractors.
Hosting Providers. The Processor relies on one or more hosting services to use and manage the hosting platform on which the Service is run.
Hosting Providers. Cloudera will deploy the Cloudera SaaS Product in a cloud environment managed by Cloudera. Customer acknowledges that the Cloudera SaaS Products may be hosted by third-party hosting providers (the “Hosting Providers”). Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Cloudera will not be liable for any problems, failures, defects, or errors with the Cloudera SaaS Product to the extent caused by Hosting Providers. The parties acknowledge that the fees charged for the Cloudera SaaS Product reflect the fact that Cloudera is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Hosting Providers.

Client acknowledges that the fees payable for the Services reflect the fact that EdMod is not responsible for the acts and omissions of the Hosting Providers.

Customer acknowledges that the fees payable for the Service reflect the fact that uConnect is not responsible for the acts and omissions of the Hosting Contractors. uConnect shall require any Hosting Contractor agree to the same restrictions and conditions as are imposed on uConnect by this Agreement.

  • Participating Providers To find out if a Provider is a Participating Provider: • Check Our Provider directory, available at Your request; • Call the number on Your ID card; or • Visit our website at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. The Provider directory will give You the following information about Our Participating Providers: • Name, address, and telephone number; • Specialty; • Board certification (if applicable); • Languages spoken; and • Whether the Participating Provider is accepting new patients.

  • Third Party Service Providers Unless otherwise prohibited by Apple in the Documentation or this Agreement, You are permitted to employ or retain a third party (“Service Provider”) to assist You in using the Apple Software and Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, engaging any such Service Provider to maintain and administer Your Applications’ servers on Your behalf, provided that any such Service Provider’s use of the Apple Software and Services or any materials associated therewith is done solely on Your behalf and only in accordance with these terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may not use a Service Provider to submit an Application to the App Store or use TestFlight on Your behalf. You agree to have a binding written agreement with Your Service Provider with terms at least as restrictive and protective of Apple as those set forth herein. Any actions undertaken by any such Service Provider in relation to Your Applications or use of the Apple Software or Apple Services and/or arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been taken by You, and You (in addition to the Service Provider) shall be responsible to Apple for all such actions (or any inactions). In the event of any actions or inactions by the Service Provider that would constitute a violation of this Agreement or otherwise cause any harm, Apple reserves the right to require You to cease using such Service Provider.

  • Service Providers Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Service Providers performing functions pursuant to this Agreement, whereby the Service Providers agree to protect Student Data in manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA. The list of Provider’s current Service Providers can be accessed through the Provider’s Privacy Policy (which may be updated from time to time).

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Providers Services performed by a provider who has been excluded or debarred from participation in federal programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid. To determine whether a provider has been excluded from a federal program, visit the U.S. Department of Human Services Office of Inspector General website (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/) or the Excluded Parties List System website maintained by the U.S. General Services Administration (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov/). • Services provided by facilities, dentists, physicians, surgeons, or other providers who are not legally qualified or licensed, according to relevant sections of Rhode Island Law or other governing bodies, or who have not met our credentialing requirements. • Services provided by a non-network provider, unless listed as covered in the Summary of Medical Benefits. • Services provided by naturopaths, homeopaths, or Christian Science practitioners.

  • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts. AFS shall monitor Service Providers’ provision of services including the delivery of Customer account statements and all Fund-related material, including summary prospectuses and/or prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxies.

  • Reliance on Third Party Service Providers Each Party may allow Reporting Financial Institutions to use third party service providers to fulfill the obligations imposed on such Reporting Financial Institutions by a Party, as contemplated in this Agreement, but these obligations shall remain the responsibility of the Reporting Financial Institutions.

You’re encouraged to: • become involved in your healthcare by asking providers about all treatment plans available and their costs; • take advantage of the preventive health services offered under this plan to help you stay healthy and find problems before they become serious. Each member is required to select and provide the name of his or her network PCP who will provide and arrange for your health care. Your PCP provides your health care, orders lab tests and x-rays, prescribe medicines or therapies, and arranges hospitalization when necessary. You may choose one from the list of Access Blue New England network PCP providers on our website. Each enrolled member may select a different PCP. If a PCP is not chosen, we may assign one for each enrolled member. You may change your designated PCP by calling our Customer Service Department or visiting our website. Finding a PCP in our network is easy. To select a provider, or to check that a provider is in our network, please use the “Find a Doctor” tool on our website or call Customer Service. Please note: We are not obligated to provide you with a provider. We are not liable for anything your provider does or does not do.   • Agreements with Other Service Providers Each Fund hereby appoints FSSC as the Fund’s agent to enter into agreements with financial intermediaries that are not registered as broker/dealers under the 1934 Act (each an “Unregistered Intermediary”) to provide Services to their customers that are Shareholders of the Fund. Each Fund agrees to pay Service Fees at an annual rate as set forth in Schedule 1 to this Agreement of up to 0.25% of the average net assets held in Fund accounts for which an Unregistered Intermediary has agreed to provide Services. Any such accounts shall not be treated as FSSC Accounts for purposes of this Agreement.
