Common use of Hours of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Hours of Coverage. Group shall ensure that Covered Services are available from Group Physicians or by referral to other physicians by keeping office hours of at least forty (40) hours per week, except for weeks including holidays, and that Covered Services are available until at least nine o'clock p.m. at least one (1) day per week and for at least four (4) hours each Saturday, except for Saturdays falling on holidays.
