Housing Stipend. This agreement includes the value of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Suite and Maroon Meal Plan based on housing and dining rates for the 2025-2026 academic year. ROCs that live in a room valued at less than a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Suite will receive the difference in price with a stipend paid through student payroll. ROCs will receive a Maroon Campus Meal Plan. The stipend portion of this position agreement is determined by the room assignment and the meal plan selected. This stipend will be paid through the University of Montana Payroll System in bi-weekly installments in accordance with the student payroll schedule. ▇▇▇▇ stipends will be paid for consecutive pay periods beginning the first full pay period during the time of engagement through the last full pay period during the time of engagement for each semester with the exception of Winter Break. A stipend breakdown will be provided to ROCs during training. ROC may use a Google Voice account and simply provide a contact phone number; it does not have to be the actual cell phone number programmed into the phone. ROCs will receive $7.50 per pay period for UM Housing use of this phone line. This stipend will be paid through the University of Montana Payroll System in semimonthly installments in accordance with the student payroll schedule. Phone stipends will be paid for consecutive pay periods beginning the first full pay period during the time of engagement through the last full pay period during the time of engagement for each semester with the exception of Winter Break. The ROC is expected to have a voice mailbox set up with a personal greeting so others may leave the ROC a message. Housing Stipend. Executive shall receive a stipend for housing in New York of $100,000 per year (the “Housing Stipend”), paid on a monthly basis on or about the first business day of each month so long as he remains employed by the Company and continues to live in New York. 4.
Housing Stipend. Upon ratification of the successor MOU between the parties covering program years 2021-2022 through 2023-2024, the housing stipend shall be eliminated from this agreement as of June 30, 2021, and shall no longer be provided as a separate stipend payment. As part of the successor MOU, the parties have agreed to the elimination of the housing stipend now and into the future, and have provided substantial increases to the House Staff PGY Salary Scale that accounts for and incorporates regional cost differentiations associated with the UC San Diego location. Housing Stipend. Should a teacher not reside in District housing at the start of the school year, a housing stipend in the amount of $1,000 and will be paid to the teacher in two installments of December and June. This is not TRS eligible. Teachers who have completed two (2) full continuous school years with the District shall be entitled to up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per year reimbursement for the cost of tuition, fees, and books for graduate coursework that also meets the definition of approved coursework in Article 100, Section 103. Written assignment requests by teachers submitted by March 15, to the site administrator, shall be considered prior to the finalization of housing assignments for the following school year.
Housing Stipend. For the duration of this Agreement, on the last day of each month the Company will pay Executive a monthly stipend of $435, so long as Executive maintains a residence in Colorado.
Housing Stipend. In furtherance of your obligations under paragraph 3, the parties agree that you shall secure and maintain a residence in New York, New York during the period of your employment with the Company. In addition to the foregoing, and so long as your principal place of employment is Rhode Island, the Company will provide you with an annual housing stipend for renting a living space within the greater-New York City area. Subject to Section 6(a) below, the Company shall reimburse you for such rental expense on a monthly basis following your providing reasonable proof of having incurred such expense. In no event shall the aggregate reimbursements under this paragraph with respect to your rental expenses in a calendar year exceed sixty thousand dollars ($60,000).
3. Non-Disclosure, Non-Compete, and Non-Solicitation Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions all of which will be the property of the Company, and develop relationships and good will with our clients and customers. As a condition of your employment and to protect the interests of the Company, you are required to sign and comply with the Company's Non-Disclosure, Non- Compete, and Non-Solicitation Agreement (the "Covenant Agreement”), provided as Exhibit A. 4. At-Will Employment. Your employment with the Company will be "at will", which means that it is for no specified term or duration and is not a contract of employment for a specified period of time. As such, you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason, with or without Cause (as defined below) subject to the notice provisions required to resign for Good Reason (as defined below), subject to the consequences set forth in Section 5. Nothing in this Agreement (including your participation in any equity program, incentive bonus, or other benefit program) is to be regarded as assuring you of continuing employment for any particular period of time. As part of the at-will relationship, the Company can change the terms and conditions of your employment at any time, such as your compensation, title, benefits, duties, schedule, or work location, subject to the consequences set forth in Section 5. Housing Stipend. The Company will provide Executive a housing stipend of $4,000/month from the Effective Date through the August 15, 2015.
