Housing Stipend. Upon ratification of the successor MOU between the parties covering program years 2021-2022 through 2023-2024, the housing stipend shall be eliminated from this agreement as of June 30, 2021, and shall no longer be provided as a separate stipend payment. A final lump sum housing stipend payment for FY22 is documented in Article 5 of this MOU. As part of the successor MOU, the parties have agreed to the elimination of the housing stipend now and into the future, and have provided substantial increases to the House Staff PGY Salary Scale that accounts for and incorporates regional cost differentiations associated with the UC San Diego location. It is the intention of the parties that no future housing stipend will be provided in light of the increases incorporated herein.
Housing Stipend. Should a teacher not reside in District housing at the start of the school year, a housing stipend in the amount of $1,000 and will be paid to the teacher in two installments of December and June. This is not TRS eligible. Teachers who have completed two (2) full continuous school years with the District shall be entitled to up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per year reimbursement for the cost of tuition, fees, and books for graduate coursework that also meets the definition of approved coursework in Article 100, Section 103. A request for reimbursement with supporting documentation must be delivered within ninety (90) days of course completion. The teacher occupying housing, which is owned, leased, rented, or otherwise secured by the District, shall enter into an annual lease agreement with the District. The Teacher and District will be subject to the provisions of the Alaska Landlord Tenant Act. Written assignment requests by teachers submitted by March 15, to the site administrator, shall be considered prior to the finalization of housing assignments for the following school year.
Housing Stipend. For the duration of this Agreement, on the last day of each month the Company will pay Executive a monthly stipend of $435, so long as Executive maintains a residence in Colorado.
Housing Stipend. This agreement includes the value of a Xxxxxxx Suite and Maroon Meal Plan based on housing and dining rates for the 2025-2026 academic year. ROCs that live in a room valued at less than a Xxxxxxx Suite will receive the difference in price with a stipend paid through student payroll. ROCs will receive a Maroon Campus Meal Plan. The stipend portion of this position agreement is determined by the room assignment and the meal plan selected. This stipend will be paid through the University of Montana Payroll System in bi-weekly installments in accordance with the student payroll schedule. Xxxx stipends will be paid for consecutive pay periods beginning the first full pay period during the time of engagement through the last full pay period during the time of engagement for each semester with the exception of Winter Break. A stipend breakdown will be provided to ROCs during training. ROCs wishing to calculate the value of their stipend for the year may use this formula: (Cost of Xxxxxxx Suite + Cost of Maroon Meal Plan) – (Cost of assigned ROC room + cost of Maroon Meal Plan) *Note ROCs are assigned to one of these room types: Xxxxxxx Suite Xxxxx or Xxxxxx Double as a Single Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, or Xxxxxx Double as a Single Senior Desk Assistants will provide a personal phone number to be shared with UM Housing staff and campus partners. ROC may use a Google Voice account and simply provide a contact phone number; it does not have to be the actual cell phone number programmed into the phone. ROCs will receive $7.50 per pay period for UM Housing use of this phone line. This stipend will be paid through the University of Montana Payroll System in semimonthly installments in accordance with the student payroll schedule. Phone stipends will be paid for consecutive pay periods beginning the first full pay period during the time of engagement through the last full pay period during the time of engagement for each semester with the exception of Winter Break. ROCs who are unable to provide a personal phone number must notify the Assistant Director immediately to discuss alternatives. The ROC is expected to have a voice mailbox set up with a personal greeting so others may leave the ROC a message. This voice mail is expected to be checked for messages daily and should not be allowed to reach capacity. Please provide the phone number to be listed on the roster.
Housing Stipend. In the event that Executive relocates to New York in connection with the planned merger of the Company with Affinitas, Executive shall receive a stipend for housing in New York of $100,000 per year, paid on a monthly basis on or about the first business day of each month, following such relocation so long as he remains employed by the Company and continues to live in New York. For clarity, it is anticipated that these payments will commence on August 1, 2017.
Housing Stipend. During each of the first eighteen (18) months of the Initial Term, the Company will provide the Executive with a monthly payment of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000). Each monthly payment will be taxable to the Executive and be paid on the Company’s next regular payday following such month. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith to determine whether an additional housing stipend will be provided to Executive, including the duration and amount of such stipend, at the expiration of the 18-month period described herein.
Housing Stipend. Executive acknowledges and agrees that Executive will be required to work at the Company’s Tampa, Florida, offices. In order to defray Executive’s (i) housing, meals, and other living expenses while working in Tampa, Florida, and (ii) travel expenses to and from the Company’s Tampa, Florida, facility, commencing for the period from February 1, 2017 through January 31, 2018, the Company will pay Executive $2,000 per month as a housing/living stipend. The foregoing $2,000 monthly payment shall constitute payment in full for any and all of Executive’s housing and other expenses he may incur while travelling to, and staying in Tampa, Florida.
Housing Stipend. Following the time the Executive secures housing, the Company will pay the Executive a monthly stipend of $16,666.66 for such housing and other related expenses incurred in connection with the Executive performing services away from his state of residence, until such time as either the lease for such housing or the Executive’s employment with the Company terminates.”
Housing Stipend. Further, during the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to an annual housing stipend of Fifty Thousand ($50,000) Dollars, subject to usual and customary state and federal tax deductions; with the first such annual stipend to be paid on the Effective Date and thereafter semi-annually during the Employment Period. The housing stipend shall not be considered part of nor added to the Base Salary.
