HSA Debit Card. If you will be using your debit card to access a Health Savings Account (HSA), portions of this Agreement governed by Regulation E will not apply. A HSA account is defined by the IRS as a trust account, and therefore is not covered under Reg E. But portions of this Agreement such as Visa “0” liability for unauthorized use for example, do apply. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your checking account. You may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in ATMs of the Credit Union, Pulse and Cirrus networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate.
