Common use of HSBC CORPORATE TRUSTEE Clause in Contracts

HSBC CORPORATE TRUSTEE. COMPANY (UK) LIMITED, a private company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with registration number 06447555, having its registered office at 0 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX, Xxxxxxx (the "Note Trustee", which expression shall include the trustee or co-trustees and its successors as the Note Trustee pursuant to the Note Trust Deed), (each, a "Party").

COMPANY (UK) LIMITED, a private limited liability company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of England and Wales and with company registration number 06447555, having with its registered office at 0 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX, Xxxxxxx in its capacity as security trustee for and on behalf of the Secured Creditors under the Security Trust Deed (the "Note Trustee", which expression shall include the trustee or co-trustees and its successors as the Note Trustee acting pursuant to the Note provisions of, and with the benefit of the protections set out in, the Security Trust Deed), (each, a the "PartySecurity Trustee").;
