Human Rights Law. XXXXXX agrees to comply with Section 296, and all other pertinent provisions of Article 15 of the Executive Law (also known as the Human Rights Law) and all other Federal and State statutory and constitutional non-discrimination provisions and agrees to comply with all pertinent provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and all pertinent regulations pursuant thereto.
