HVAC and Solar Panels. Except as initially installed by the Declarant or a Designated Builder, no heating, air conditioning, or evaporative cooling unit shall be placed, constructed or maintained upon any Lot without the prior written approval of the New Construction Committee or Architectural Committee, as applicable. Solar energy collecting units or panels may be placed, constructed or installed upon a Lot only at such locations as are determined by the New Construction Committee or Architectural Committee, as applicable, to minimize objectionable aesthetics, subject to the requirements of Section 163.04, Florida Statutes, as amended from time to time.
