Hydrological Sensitive Placement. Where required use this method in combination with other designated methods to dispose of material to reduce erosion and to aid in re- vegetation: 1. Place windrow segments on contours, wrap in type I geotextile. 2. Place logs as log erosion barriers on contours. Place logs so that 80% of their length is on the ground surface. 3. Scatter slash on bare or disturbed areas within or outside the clearing limits as directed. 4. Scatter chips or ground woody material on bare or disturbed areas within or outside the clearing limits as directed. Place stumps in xxxxxx or on sites to form planting pockets. Place windrow segments on contours, wrap in type I geotextile.
