Common use of Identification of Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

Identification of Union Representatives. The Union will furnish the Employer in writing with the names of its Stewards, Chief Xxxxxxx, and Alternate Stewards who are employed within the collective bargaining unit and such changes that may occur from time-to-time in such personnel so that the Employer may at all times be advised as to the authority of the individual representatives of the Union with whom it may be dealing.

Identification of Union Representatives. The Employer will extend recognition to such individuals immediately upon receipt of written notice.
