Common use of IDLC Hybrid Loops Clause in Contracts

IDLC Hybrid Loops. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), if RNK requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire or 4 wire Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, provide RNK unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.

IDLC Hybrid Loops. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), if RNK CDP requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire or 4 wire Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, provide RNK CDP unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), if RNK MetTel requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire or 4 wire Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, provide RNK MetTel unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), if RNK Conversent requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire or 4 wire Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, provide RNK Conversent unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), if RNK Level 3 requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire or 4 wire Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, provide RNK Level 3 unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), if RNK RCN-B requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire or 4 wire Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, provide RNK RCN-B unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), if RNK ARC requests, in order to provide narrowband services, unbundling of a 2 wire or 4 wire Loop currently provisioned via Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (over a Hybrid Loop), Verizon shall, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, provide RNK ARC unbundled access to a Loop capable of voice-grade service to the end user customer served by the Hybrid Loop.
