Common use of Illness on Long Service Leave Clause in Contracts

Illness on Long Service Leave. (a) Subject to the requirements of clause 16.7, a Staff Member, who becomes ill or suffers an injury during long service leave and has an entitlement to personal/carer’s leave, is entitled to have the period of illness or injury treated as personal/carer’s leave, with long service leave reaccredited to the Staff Member.

Illness on Long Service Leave. (a) Subject to the requirements of clause 16.7cl.26.1.1, a Staff Memberan Employee, who becomes ill or suffers an injury during long service leave and has an entitlement to personal/carer’s leave, is entitled to have the period of illness or injury treated as personal/carerxxxxx’s leave, with long service leave reaccredited to the Staff MemberEmployee. The Principal may require the Employee to be examined by a registered medical practitioner of the Employer’s choice, provided the practitioner is reasonably accessible to the Employee.

(a) Subject to the requirements of clause 16.7cl. 23.4, a Staff Memberan employee, who becomes ill or suffers an injury during long service leave and has an entitlement to personal/carer’s sick leave, is entitled to have the period of illness or injury treated as personal/carer’s sick leave, with long service leave Long Service Leave reaccredited to the Staff Memberemployee.
