Illness on Long Service Leave. (a) Subject to the requirements of clause 16.7, a Staff Member, who becomes ill or suffers an injury during long service leave and has an entitlement to personal/carer’s leave, is entitled to have the period of illness or injury treated as personal/carer’s leave, with long service leave reaccredited to the Staff Member.
