Imbalance Volumes. There do not exist any gas imbalances other than those listed in Exhibit P (i) which are with gatherers, processors, or transporters or with co-tenants or working interest owners in a well, unit, or field (ii) which are associated with the Assets and (iii) where Seller has received a quantity of gas prior to the Effective Time for which Buyer will have a duty after the Effective Time to deliver an equivalent quantity of gas or pay a sum of money.
