IMMATERIAL AMMENDMENTS. CONTRACTOR and SBCAG agree that immaterial changes to the Agreement such as updating the Designated Representative, addresses for notices, or other clerical error corrections which will not result in a material change to the Agreement, Statement of Work, or total Agreement amount.
