Common use of Immediate Family Clause in Contracts

Immediate Family. For the purpose of this Section, "Immediate Family" is defined as the employee's spouse, domestic partner as defined by State statute, child, stepchild, grandchild, parent/step-parent, brother, sister, grandparent or spouse's, child, stepchild, grandchild, parent/step-parent, brother, sister or grandparent.

Immediate Family. Immediate Family. For the purpose of this Section, "A. 3. a. Immediate Family" family is defined as the employee's ’s spouse, domestic partner as defined by State statutemother, childfather, stepchildson, grandchilddaughter, parent/step-parentsister, brother, sistergrandmother, grandparent or spouse'sgrandfather, childaunt, stepchild, grandchild, parent/step-parent, brother, sister or grandparentand uncle.
