Impact and Outcome. 1. The impact of the Project will be reduced GHG emissions from coal-based power plants. The outcome will be commercial deployment of IGCC plants by 2015.
Impact and Outcome. The Project is an integral part of the Investment Program. The Project will augment, rehabilitate, and expand the transmission system and relieve the power system from transmission bottlenecks.

The impact of the Project will ensure that access to and quality of education will be maintained and system efficiency further enhanced during the time of the economic and financial crisis and thereafter. The outcome is adequate financing of textbooks, preschool meals, and school operation costs in school years (SY) 2009–2010 and 2010–2011, and improved efficiency of the education sector.

The impacts of the investment program are that economic growth potential is realized in border areas in the PRC and Viet Nam, efficient transport and trade operations along GMS- NSEC achieved, and economic integration between GZAR and rest of the GMS further strengthened. The outcome of the investment program is that benefits of RCI in border areas of Guangxi and northern Viet Nam are captured.
Impact and Outcome. 1. The impact of the Project will be improved quality, access, efficiency, and effectiveness of the 12-year education system. The outcome of the Project is a strengthened 12-year education system.
Impact and Outcome. The Project will promote economic development and will contribute to poverty reduction by ensuring sustainable and reliable electricity supply. It will improve power transmission and distribution infrastructure through rehabilitation, augmentation and expansion of the primary high-voltage and low-voltage transmission networks, and will promote rural electrification and development of renewable energy.
Impact and Outcome. The impact of the Project is sustained socioeconomic growth and improved living standards in the border areas of north Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (Altay Administrative District, Boertala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture and Xxxx Xxxxx Autonomous Prefecture). The outcome of the Project is improved municipal infrastructure and a better living and ecological environment in Alashankou Land Port, Kanas Scenic Region and Yining City.
Impact and Outcome. The Project will help Tajikistan achieve energy security and make available adequate and reliable power supply to domestic household, commercial, and industrial sectors. It will enhance regional connectivity and ensure power trade among Central Asian countries and Afghanistan. The Project will also improve energy efficiency and the overall performance of the power sector.
Impact and Outcome. 8. Building on the guiding principles set out in Article 1, the expected impact is the strengthened partnerships between the MEF and the TAFTAC to contribute to the modernization and transformation of the Cambodia’s textile, apparel, footwear, and travel goods industry to skills-driven. The expected outcome resulting from this strengthened partnership to deliver industry-led inclusive skills training would be improved employability of current and future labor force (both women and men).
Impact and Outcome. The Project’s impact shall be continued economic growth and well-being of the population. The Project’s outcome shall be a secure, efficient and climate-proof wharf at the Avatiu Port in Rarotonga.
