  • Effect on Other Entitlements F12.13 Compassionate leave with pay will count as service for all purposes.

  • Resolving Other Issues 12.2.1 The matter shall be first submitted by the employee or employee representative (if any) to the supervising officer or another appropriate manager, and if not settled, to a more senior manager in accordance with local procedure.

  • Self-Evaluation Each regular faculty member shall provide a self-evaluation. It shall address, among other items, the faculty member's fulfillment of professional responsibilities as referenced in Section 18.2.3 and an assessment of his or her own performance. The faculty member will share the self-evaluation with the Faculty Evaluation Committee and the first-level manager or designee. The self-evaluation will become part of the evaluation report.

  • Focused Evaluation The Focused Evaluation is used when a teacher is not evaluated using the Comprehensive Evaluation process, and will include evaluation of one of the eight state criteria (student growth impact required). If a non-provisional teacher has scored at Proficient or higher the previous year, they may be moved to Focused Evaluation. The teacher may remain on the Focused Evaluation for five (5) years before returning to the Comprehensive Evaluation. The teacher or the evaluator can initiate a move from the Focused to the Comprehensive Evaluation. A decision to move a teacher from a Focused to a Comprehensive Evaluation must occur by December 15.

  • Year End and Final Claims 19.3.4.1 CONTRACTOR shall submit a final claim for each COUNTY fiscal year, July 1 through June 30, covered under the term of this Agreement, as amended in Paragraph 1 above, by no later than August 30th of each corresponding COUNTY fiscal year. Claims received after August 30th of each corresponding COUNTY fiscal year may, at ADMINISTRATOR’s sole discretion, not be reimbursed.   • Year-End Grievances In the event a grievance is filed at such time that it cannot be processed through all the steps in this grievance procedure by the end of the school year, and if left unresolved until the beginning of the following school year could result in irreparable harm to a party in interest, the time limits set forth herein shall be reduced so that the grievance procedure may be exhausted prior to the end of the school year or as soon thereafter as is practicable.
