Important Definitions. Electronic Teacher and Principal Evaluation System (eTPES): The electronic system used by the district to report to ODE aggregate final summative teacher evaluation ratings.
Important Definitions. Business day: For purposes of this Agreement, our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Our business days are subject to change, from time to time, at our discretion. Except to the extent additional notice is required by law, any change in our business days or cutoff hour becomes effective on the day the new business days or cutoff hour is posted or otherwise communicated. Important Definitions. Age means how old the insured is on his or her last birthday measured on the date of issue and each Contract anniversary, thereafter. Application is the form you complete to apply for this Contract. It contains your payment amount, payment allocation and other information that enable us to prepare this Contract. If a medical questionnaire or other forms are required, they become a part of the application. It is signed by you and the insured and becomes a part of this Contract. Assignee is a person to whom you transfer ownership of this Contract. Attained age is the insured's age as of the insured's last birthday at the start of the Contract year of determination. Attained age is used in the calculation of the guideline minimum sum insured. Beneficiary is the person or persons you name to receive the net death benefit when the Insured dies.
