IMPOSITIONS AFFECTING THE PROPERTY. Trustor shall pay when due all Impositions (or currently payable installments thereof) that are or that may become a lien on the Property or are assessed against the Property or the Rents; provided, however, that Trustor may, at its expense, contest the amount or validity or application of any such Impositions by appropriate legal proceedings promptly initiated and conducted in good faith and with due diligence; provided that (i) neither the Property nor any substantial part thereof will be in danger of being sold, forfeited, terminated, canceled, or lost as a result of such contest, and (ii) except in the case of a Lien junior to the Lien of this Deed of Trust, Trustor shall have posted such bond or furnished such other security as may be required by law to release such Lien.
