IMPROVEMENTS BY SUBLESSEE. Sublessee shall have the right to modify the building interiors of the Premises with Sublessor's and Master Lessor's prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, subject to the appropriate provisions of the Master Lease. To the best of Sublessor's knowledge, there are no permit violations of existing building improvements.
