Common use of Improvements, Compliance with Laws and Waste Clause in Contracts

Improvements, Compliance with Laws and Waste. Trustor shall complete in a good and workmanlike manner any building or other improvements which may be constructed on the Property and pay when due all claims for labor performed and materials furnished therefor. Trustor shall comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, regulations, covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements and agreements pertaining to the Property or Trustor's use thereof. Trustor shall not commit or permit any waste thereon, not abandon the Property and not commit, suffer or permit any act to be done in or upon the Property in violation of law.
