The following statement has been added to Section VIII of this Agreement: If You cancel Your Agreement within thirty (30) days of receipt of Your Agreement and do not receive a refund or credit within forty five (45) days of receipt of the returned service contract, a ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to the refund.
