Inaccurate Information. If any representation, statement, report, or certificate made or delivered by Borrower, or any of its officers, employees or agents, to Capital is not true and correct, in any material respect, including, but not limited to, any Borrowing Base Certificate delivered to Capital pursuant to this Agreement;
Inaccurate Information. Tell us if you think we reported wrong information about you to a consumer reporting agency (also called a credit bureau). Write to us at P.O. Box 981439, El Paso, TX 79998-1439. In your written communication, tell us what information is wrong and why you think it is wrong. If you have a copy of the credit report that includes the wrong information, send a copy of it with your written communication. We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
Inaccurate Information. By Buyer if any material information (whether or not in writing) delivered by or on behalf of Seller to Buyer is inaccurate or incomplete in any material respect.

Inaccurate Information. An Occasional Teacher shall be entitled to correct inaccuracies or errors in documents contained in the personnel file or to append notices of corrections or inaccuracies to documents within the file which possess errors or inaccuracies.
