Although we encourage you to use of the Service to place calls to foreign countries from within the United States, we do not presently offer or support the Service in any countries other than the United States. If you use the Service or the Device outside of the United States, you will be solely responsible for any violations of local laws and regulations resulting from such use. We reserve the right to terminate your Service immediately if we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that you have used the Service or the Device outside of the United States.
Inappropriate Conduct. 7.1. Any student/s caught using a mobile phone contrary to their school’s mobile phone policy will face the disciplinary action of that school.
7.2. Any student who uses vulgar, derogatory, or obscene language while using a mobile phone will face disciplinary action.
Inappropriate Conduct. Any subcontractor or their employees that see any misconduct which may be detrimental to the contractor or themselves should report that occurrence to that project superintendent immediately. Failure to do so may result in suspension of current or future work.
