INCENTIVE AMOUNTS. The amounts of the incentives for which qualifying projects are eligible are set forth in the Program brochures, which may be found here. ACE reserves the right to change the measures and incentives at any time throughout the Program term. Incentive levels will be affected, in ACE’s sole discretion, by the level of comprehensiveness of the project. XXX’s decisions on these issues will be final.
INCENTIVE AMOUNTS. Practice agrees that Manager shall be entitled to incentive compensation ("Incentive Compensation") as set forth on Exhibit B. With respect to any partial calendar years during which this Agreement is in effect, Incentive Compensation shall be prorated according to the number of calendar days actually elapsed during such partial calendar year. The Incentive Compensation will be paid, as described below, in the form of monthly draws (which will provide Manager with an amount that is estimated in accordance with the formula set forth on Exhibit B) with an adjustment at each year end to account for any differences between the amount of Incentive Compensation paid as draws and the amounts calculated based on the complete year end revenue and expense figures.
INCENTIVE AMOUNTS. All incentives are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the Program can be closed at any time with no advance notice. Incentive amounts are subject to change; current incentive levels are available from Program staff. The Improvement Incentive will only be paid after successful completion as well as final approval by quality assurance and/or quality control of the Program.

INCENTIVE AMOUNTS. Incentives will be issued to the Applicant and may only cover costs incurred by the Applicant. Incentives will be for up to 75% of the Project Site’s total eligible costs, and shall not exceed $3,500 per eligible connector. Additional funds may be awarded to Multi-family Housing Project Sites, and Projects Sites for Tribal government, Tribal entity, or non-governmental organizations serving Tribal communities. Incentive disbursements shall be made through a check sent by mail to the address of the Applicant. Disbursements will only occur after the completion of the Project Site, and after Communities in Charge Staff have approved all the corresponding documentation and materials submitted by the Applicant.

Variances in work scope details that occur after the Participation Agreement/Incentive Form has been signed may result in a decrease in the final incentive amount. If variances in work scope details occurring after the Incentive Reservation and Participation Agreement has been signed would result in an increase in the final incentive amount, an updated Incentive Reservation and Participation Agreement must be submitted and approved to authorize incentive increases. Final incentive amounts will be based on the Submission of a completed Statement of Completion form by the Participant with all required documentation, in addition to the Program’s post-construction verification of the upgrade. Final incentive amounts will not exceed the approved reservation amount. The final LIWP incentive amount, plus other leveraged rebates, cannot exceed total cost of the PV project less other leveraged rebates.
