Included and Excluded Materials. 1. The Complete Program will include only required course materials in print rental or digital formats. The Bookstore, at its sole discretion, will determine which course materials (i) may be retained by a student and (ii) which are considered rentals requiring students to return them at the end of the semester (collectively, “Rental Materials”). 2. The following items are excluded from the Complete Program: adopted school supplies, kits, uniforms, art supplies, calculators, non-required course materials, or items deemed not a textbook. In addition, the Complete Program does not include shipping costs for delivery to students outside of the Bookstore or designated locations on campus. 3. Xxxxxx & Xxxxx College and Institution will work cooperatively to determine which programs are excluded from the Complete Program prior to the Fall 2023 start date. Removal of programs may affect the price per credit per semester for all students outlined in Section 6.b.(vi): Financial Terms below.

  • Monopolies and Exclusive Service Suppliers 1. Each Party shall ensure that any monopoly supplier of a service in its territory does not, in the supply of the monopoly service in the relevant market, act in a manner inconsistent with that Party's Schedule of specific commitments. 2. Where a Party's monopoly supplier competes, either directly or through an affiliated company, in the supply of a service outside the scope of its monopoly rights and which is subject to that Party's Schedule of specific commitments, the Party shall ensure that such a supplier does not abuse its monopoly position to act in its territory in a manner inconsistent with such commitments. 3. If a Party has reason to believe that a monopoly supplier of a service of the other Party is acting in a manner inconsistent with paragraphs 1 or 2 above, it may request that Party establishing, maintaining or authorising such supplier to provide specific information concerning the relevant operations. 4. The provisions of this Article shall also apply to cases of exclusive service suppliers, where a Party, formally or in effect: (a) authorises or establishes a small number of service suppliers; and (b) substantially prevents competition among those suppliers in its territory.

  • PRICE LISTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION Contractors should provide an electronic version of the proposed price list in an Excel format or pdf on a jump drive. Also provide a dealer list, if applicable in an Excel format with "read and write" capabilities on the same jump drive. No costs or expenses associated with providing this information in the required format shall be charged to the State of Arkansas. At the time of contract renewal contractor will furnish OSP with an updated dealer list and published price list.

  • Specially Created Intellectual Property Rights 27.1. All Intellectual Property Rights in Deliverables and and any reports, guidance, specification, instructions, toolkits, plans, data, drawings, databases, patents, patterns, models, designs or other material prepared by or for the Contractor on behalf of the Authority for use, or intended use, in relation to the performance by the Contractor of its obligations under the Framework Agreement belong to the Authority. 27.2. The Contractor assigns to the Authority, with full title guarantee, all Intellectual Property Rights which may subsist in the materials referred to in clause 27.1. This assignation takes effect on the Commencement Date or as an assignation of future rights that will take effect immediately on the coming into existence of the Intellectual Property Rights produced by the Contractor. The Contractor must execute all documentation necessary to effect this assignation.

  • Removal of DXC Trademarks Supplier shall remove from all Products rejected, returned or not purchased by DXC, DXC’s name and any of DXC’s trademarks, trade names, insignia, part numbers, symbols, and decorative designs, prior to any other sale, use, or disposition of such Products by Supplier.

  • Paid Claims without Supporting Documentation Any Paid Claim for which Xxxxx cannot produce documentation sufficient to support the Paid Claim shall be considered an error and the total reimbursement received by Xxxxx for such Paid Claim shall be deemed an Overpayment. Replacement sampling for Paid Claims with missing documentation is not permitted.
