- INCLUDED SUBJECTS. This Policy shall cover all employees of the Owner, Construction Manager and Project trade contractors, their subcontractors and any other of their respective personnel at any level that are performing any activity at a Project Site, inclusive of managers, superintendents and supervisors, except as specifically excluded by Section 2.5 of this Policy (collectively and singularly, "Project Personnel").
