Inclusive Price. 11.1 Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the Contract Price includes:
(a) subject to clause 29, all taxes, duties and other imposts in connection with the performance of the Contract;
(b) all amounts payable for the use (whether in the course of manufacture or use of the Goods or the performance or enjoyment of the Services or the use of the outcomes of the Services) of any Intellectual Property; and
(c) all charges for supply of the Goods or the performance of the Services, and no extra charges will be payable for testing, inspection, packing, delivery, insurance, overheads, equipment, personnel and materials used to supply the Goods or perform the Services or otherwise.
Inclusive Price. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the Purchase Price includes all freight costs to the Site, transit insurance and all other charges payable in connection with the sale of the Goods and all Taxes payable under the laws of any relevant jurisdiction.
Inclusive Price. Unless otherwise stated, unit prices are inclusive of all costs. There shall be no markup for reimbursable expenses for which the supplier is liable; amounts payable for the use of patents, copyright, registered designs, trademarks and other intellectual property rights; charges for the supply of goods; extra charges for testing, inspection or packaging; charges for consultants, subcontractors, plans, equipment, models, renderings, travel, reproductions, postage and delivery, overhead, administration, profit or other expense.
Inclusive Price. 7.1 The Price is inclusive of: (a) GST and all taxes, duties and other imposts in connection with the performance of the Contract; (b) all amounts payable for the use (whether in the course of manufacture or use of the Goods or the performance or enjoyment of the Services or the use of the outcomes of the Services) of any Intellectual Property; and (c) all charges for supply of the Goods or the performance of the Services.
7.2 The Supplier must not impose any charges (other than the Price) such as charges for testing, inspection, packing, delivery and insurance.
7.3 If the Purchase Order indicates that the Price is GST inclusive and, for any reason, a supply made under the Contract is not subject to GST, the amount payable or other consideration to be provided for that supply shall be reduced by the amount of GST incorrectly added to the Price.
Inclusive Price. Recycler shall bear all costs, expenses, fees and taxes (federal, state, local, use, excise and other applicable taxes) which may be incurred in Recycler’s performance of its obligations under the Purchase Order.
Inclusive Price. 5.1 The price specified on the Purchase Order includes:
a) all taxes, duties and other imposts for which the Supplier is liable; and
b) all charges for the Supplies, including any amounts payable for packaging and delivery, insurance, testing or the use of Intellectual Property Rights.
5.2 No party may claim or retain from the other party any amount in relation to a supply made under this contract for which the first party can obtain an input tax credit or decreasing adjustment.
Inclusive Price. 7.1 The price of the Supplies is the price set out in the Purchase Order. The price stated in the Purchase Order is firm and fixed (unless varied with the consent of the University in writing) and includes:
(a) all taxes (including GST), duties and other imposts for which the Supplier is liable;
(b) all insurance costs;
(c) all amounts payable for the use thereof (whether in the course of manufacture or use of the patents, copyright, registered designs, trade marks and other intellectual property rights);
(d) all charges for supply of the Goods or the performance of the Services; and
(e) all charges for testing, inspection, packing, delivery or otherwise.
Inclusive Price. In choosing to join Oldham Active on a membership/subscription option you are choosing an all-inclusive monthly or annual price. At times the programme or activities may be affected by a bank holiday or seasonal opening times and this has been considered when pricing the packages available. At times incidents may result in small closures of certain activities, for example, planned or emergency maintenance; health & safety reasons or for improvements that will benefit members. Oldham Active always look to minimise this impact by ensuring that other facilities are available.
Inclusive Price. Based on the past record, estimated amount of advertisements in different daily newspapers are NPR 6,600,000 per year of which about 90% for National Newspapers and rest for Regional/Local newspapers.
Inclusive Price. 8.1 Unless otherwise agreed to by Peninsula Health in writing, the price of the goods and/or services includes:
a. all taxes (including GST), duties and other imposts for which the Supplier is liable;
b. all insurance costs;
c. freight and handling charges;
d. all amounts payable for the use thereof (whether in the course of manufacture or use of the patents, copyright, registered designs, trade marks and other intellectual property rights); and
e. all charges for supply of the goods or the performance of the services, and no extra charges for testing, inspection, packing, delivery or otherwise is payable.
