Common use of Income Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Income Eligibility. A household must have an annual income that does not exceed the income requirements set forth in the Guidelines, which is set as a specific dollar amount and updated annually. A “household” includes all persons who will be living in the home, and household income must include the income for all adult wage earners in the household. The income limits for Teton County, Wyoming shall be determined each year by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or similar index approved by CLT. Each applicant will submit two (2) most previously filed United States income tax returns for each member of his or her household that has filed a federal tax return during the past two years.
