Incompatible Equipment and Services. Customer acknowledges and understands that certain Voice Service may not support or be compatible with:
(a) Non-recommended configurations including but not limited to MTAs, ATAs or ALGs not currently certified by Comcast as compatible with Voice Service;
(b) Certain non-voice communications equipment, including certain makes or models of alarm and security systems, certain medical monitoring devices, certain fax machines, and certain “dial-up” modems;
(c) Rotary-dial phone handsets, pulse-dial phone handsets, and models of other voice-related communications equipment such as certain private branch exchange (PBX) equipment, answering machines, and traditional Caller ID units;
(d) Casual/dial around (10-10) calling; 976, 900, 700, or 500 number calling;
(e) 311, 511, or other x11 calling (other than 411, 611, 711, and 911); and
(f) Other call types not expressly set forth in Comcast’s product literature (e.g., outbound shore-to-ship calling).
Incompatible Equipment and Services. You acknowledge and understand that the Voice Services may not support or be compatible with: (i) certain non-voice communications equipment, including but not limited to alarm or home security systems that make automatic phone calls; medical monitoring devices; certain fax machines; and certain "dial-up" modems; (ii) rotary-dial phone handsets, pulse-dial phone handsets, and models of other voice-related communications equipment such as answering machines and traditional Caller ID units; (iii) dial around (10-10) calling; 976, 900, 700, or 500 number calling; (v) 211, 311, 511, or 811 calling; and (vi) other call types not expressly set forth in our product literature (e.g., shore-to-ship calling and outbound satellite calling).

(e) 311, 511, or other x11 calling (other than 411, 611, 711, and 911); and
(f) Other call types not expressly set forth in Comcast’s product literature (e.g., outbound shore-to-ship calling). Customer’s attempt to use any such systems in connection with Voice Service is solely at its own risk and Comcast shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever for any non-operation or damage to such services or devices.

i. Non-Recommended Configurations as defined in Section 3.b (including but not limited to MTAs not currently certified by Comcast as compatible with the Services);
ii. Certain non-voice communications equipment, including certain makes or models of alarm and home security systems, certain medical monitoring devices, certain fax machines, and certain “dial-up” modems;
iii. Rotary-dial phone handsets, pulse-dial phone handsets, and models of other voice- related communications equipment such as private branch exchange (PBX) equipment, answering machines, and traditional Caller ID units;
iv. Casual/dial around (10-10) calling; 976, 900, 700, or 500 number calling;
v. 311, 511, or other x11 calling (other than 411, 611, 711, and 911); and
vi. Other call types not expressly set forth in our product literature (e.g., outbound shore-to-ship calling). BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU WAIVE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST COMCAST FOR INTERFERENCE, DISRUPTION, OR INCOMPATIBILITY BETWEEN THE COMCAST EQUIPMENT OR THE SERVICES AND ANY OTHER SERVICE, SYSTEMS, OR EQUIPMENT. IN THE EVENT OF SUCH INTERFERENCE, DISRUPTION, OR INCOMPATIBILITY, YOUR SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE TO TERMINATE THE SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 10.b.

ii. Rotary-dial phone handsets, and certain makes and models of other voice-related communications equipment including key systems, private branch exchange (PBX) equipment, answering machines, and traditional Caller ID units;
iii. Casual/dial around (10-10) calling; 976, 900, 700, or 500 number calling;
iv. 311, 511, or other N11 calling (other than 411, 611, 711, and 911); and
v. Other call types not expressly set forth in our product literature (e.g., outbound shore-to-ship calling); and

ii. Certain non-voice communications equipment, including but not limited to alarm or home security systems that make automatic phone calls; medical monitoring devices; certain fax machines; and certain "dial-up" modems;
iii. Rotary-dial phone handsets, pulse-dial phone handsets, and models of other voice-related communications equipment such as answering machines and traditional Caller ID units;
iv. Casual/dial around (10-10) calling; 976, 900, 700, or 500 number calling;
v. 311, 511 or other x11 calling (other than 411, 611, 711, and 911); and
vi. Other call types not expressly set forth in our product literature (e.g., outbound shore-to-ship calling and outbound satellite calling).

Client acknowledges and understands that Telephone Service may not support or be compatible with: (a) non- recommended configurations including but not limited to Equipment not currently certified by Westechs as compatible with Telephone Service; (b) certain non-voice communications equipment, including certain makes or models of alarm and security systems, certain medical monitoring devices, certain fax machines, and certain "dial-up" modems; (c) rotary-dial phone handsets, pulse-dial phone handsets, and models of other voice-related communications equipment such as PBX equipment, answering machines, and traditional Caller ID units. d) casual/dial around (10-10) calling; 976, 900, 700, or 500 number calling; (e) 311, 511, or other x11 calling (other than 411, 611, 711, and 911); and (f) other call types not expressly set forth in Westechs’ product literature (e.g., outbound shore-to-ship calling).
Incompatible Equipment and Services. Client’s attempt to use any incompatible equipment or services in connection with Voice Service is solely at its own risk and Secarus shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever for any non-operation or damage to such services or devices. Client acknowledges and understands that certain Voice Service may not support or be compatible with:

i. Certain Non-Recommended Configurations [including, but not limited to, voice capable modems not currently certified by Optic as compatible with the Service(s)];
ii. Certain non-voice communications equipment, including certain makes or models of alarm and home security systems, certain medical monitoring, personal emergency alert, and home detention devices, certain fax machines, and certain “dial-up” modems;
iii. Rotary-dial phone handsets, and certain makes and models of other voice-related communications equipment including key systems, private branch exchange (PBX) equipment, answering machines, and traditional Caller ID units;
iv. Casual/dial around (10-10) calling; 976, 900, 700, or 500 number calling;
v. 311, 511, or other N11 calling (other than 411, 611, 711, and 911); and
vi. Other call types not expressly set forth in our product literature (e.g., outbound shore-to-ship calling); and
vii. Certain service codes such as automatic callback and automatic recall (e.g., *66, *69) due to compatibility limitations with other carrier signal functions.
