Inconsistency or Conflict. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any provision of this Agreement and any provision of the Partnership Agreement, the provision of this Agreement shall govern.
Inconsistency or Conflict. 8.5.1 In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between federal legislation and laws enacted by a Tåîchô community government, the federal legislation prevails to the extent of the inconsistency or conflict.
8.5.2 In the case of any conflict between a Tåîchô law and legislation establishing a Tåîchô community government, the legislation establishing the Tåîchô community government prevails to the extent of the conflict.
8.5.3 Except where otherwise provided in the Agreement, in the case of any inconsistency or conflict between laws enacted by a Tåîchô community government and other territorial legislation, the other territorial legislation prevails to the extent of the inconsistency or conflict.
8.5.4 For greater certainty, in the case of conflict between a Tåîchô law and a law enacted by a Tåîchô community government, the Tåîchô law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
Inconsistency or Conflict. Where there is any inconsistency or conflict between the online terms and conditions and any print versions of the same terms and conditions, the online terms and conditions shall prevail. Where there is any inconsistency between the Other Legal Stuff and the terms and conditions, the Other Legal Stuff shall prevail.

1.13.01 Except where otherwise provided either expressly or by necessary implication in the Agreement to Transfer, this Lease, any other Instrument or any Existing Agreement, subject to Subsection 1.13.02, in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any Instrument or any provision contained therein and this Lease, or any provision contained in this Lease, this Lease or the provision of this Lease prevails to the extent of the inconsistency or conflict.
1.13.02 Except where otherwise provided either expressly or by necessary implication in the Agreement to Transfer, this Lease, any other Instrument or any Existing Agreement, in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Assignment, Assumption and Indemnity Agreement or any provision contained therein on the one hand and Subsections 3.02.02 to 3.02.10 inclusive, Subsection 3.02.13 or Subsection 3.02.15 of this Lease or any other Instrument or any provision contained therein on the other hand, the Assignment, Assumption and Indemnity Agreement or the provision of the Assignment, the Assumption and Indemnity Agreement prevails to the extent of the inconsistency or conflict.
Inconsistency or Conflict. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any provision of this Agreement and any provision of the LLC Agreement, the provisions of the LLC Agreement shall govern.

4.13.3 In the case of conflict between a Dehcho law and a law enacted by a Dehcho Community Government, the Dehcho law will prevail to the extent of the conflict.23
