Common use of Incorrect Representations Clause in Contracts

Incorrect Representations. if any representation, warranty or certification (each a “Representation”) made or deemed to be made by or on behalf of any Obligor or Pledgor herein or in any other Loan Document, certificate, report or financial statement at any time furnished by or on behalf of any Obligor or Pledgor under or in connection with this Agreement or any other Loan Document shall prove to have been false or misleading on and as of the date made or deemed made and the Representation remains incorrect or misleading for a period of 30 days after written notice of such default is delivered by the agent to the Principal Borrower;
