Increase in Hourly Rate. The employee's hourly rate of pay shall be increased incrementally for college course work successfully completed up to and including that which leads to a two-year Associates Degree, provided such course work and degree are all in a field of study related to their current employment or other field of study as approved by the Superintendent.
