Increase in Individual Commitment Amounts. Neither the Individual Revolving Commitment nor the Individual Term Commitment of any Syndication Party may be increased without (a) the prior written consent of such Syndication Party; and (b) if such increase would result in an increase in the Aggregate Commitment, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment, or the Aggregate Term Commitment, compliance with Subsection 14.7.1(a) hereof.
