Common use of Indebtedness; Other Business Clause in Contracts

Trustee on behalf of the Trust shall not contract for, create, incur or assume any indebtedness, or enter into any business or other activity, other than pursuant to or under the Operative Documents and, for the benefit of Lessees, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, agrees to be bound by Section 1.2(b) of the Trust Agreement.
