Indemnification by United States Government in Lieu of Insurance. Notwithstanding any provisions of Sections 10(a) or 10(b) requiring insurance, in lieu of insurance against any risk with respect to the Aircraft, indemnification from or insurance provided by the United States government or any agency or instrumentality thereof shall be at least equal to the amount of insurance against such risk otherwise required by Sections 10(a) or 10(b) and shall be considered adequate insurance for the purpose of Sections 10(a) and 10(b).
