Common use of Indemnification for Breach of License Clause in Contracts

Indemnification for Breach of License. Any breach by a Party to this License of any obligation provided for in this License, shall entitle the Party aggrieved by the breach to be indemnified by the defaulting Party in an amount equal to the damage suffered by the aggrieved Party. The amount and payment of the indemnification shall be subject to Applicable Law.
