Indemnification Obligation Sample Clauses
The Indemnification Obligation clause requires one party to compensate the other for losses, damages, or liabilities arising from specific events or actions, such as breaches of contract or third-party claims. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which indemnification applies, the process for making a claim, and any limitations or exclusions. Its core practical function is to allocate risk between the parties, ensuring that the party responsible for causing harm bears the financial consequences, thereby protecting the other party from unforeseen costs.
