Indemnity and General Release. Under no circumstances will Pensio be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages (including without limitation, loss of profit or revenue) arising out of or related to this Rent Guarantee Agreement together with the Rent Guarantee Summary or otherwise.
