Common use of Indemnity by Lessee Clause in Contracts

Indemnity by Lessee. Lessee agrees that Lessor shall not be liable for any claims for death of or injury to persons or damages to or destruction of property sustained by Lessee or by any other person in or outside of the Premises, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any claims caused by or arising from the condition or maintenance of any part of the Premises, unless such damage is caused by the negligence or intentional misconduct of Lessor or the breach of this Lease by Lessor. Lessee hereby waives all claims therefor and agrees to indemnify Lessor against any such loss, damage, or liability or any expense (including attorneys' fees) incurred by Lessor in connection therewith.
