Common use of Indemnity by Lessee Clause in Contracts

Indemnity by Lessee. Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor harmless from and against any and all claims of liability for any injury or damage to any person or property arising from Lessee's use of the Property or from the conduct of Lessee's Permitted Use, or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted or suffered by Lessee in or about the Property, if applicable.

Indemnity by Lessee. Lessee shall agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Lessor harmless from and against any and all claims loss, cost, liability, damage or expense, including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in connection with or arising from: (a) Any negligence of liability for any injury Lessee or damage to any person its employees, agents or property arising from Lessee's use of the Property or from the conduct of Lessee's Permitted Usecontractors, or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted or suffered by Lessee in or about on the Property, if applicable.Premises other than the act or omission of Lessor; and/or (b) Lessee’s failure to carry out its obligations under the Lease,

Indemnity by Lessee. Lessee shall agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Lessor Lessor, its employees, agents, officers, directors and partners harmless from and against any and all claims loss, cost, liability, damage or expense, including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in connection with or arising from: (a) Any negligence of liability for any injury Lessee or damage to any person its invitees, guests, officers, directors, employees, agents or property arising from Lessee's use of the Property or from the conduct of Lessee's Permitted Usecontractors, or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted or suffered by Lessee in or about on the Property, if applicablePremises other than the intentional act or gross negligence; and/or (b) Lessee’s failure to carry out its obligations under the Lease.

Indemnity by Lessee. Lessee shall indemnify, defend and hold Lessor harmless from and against any and all claims judgment, damages, losses , claims, actions, reasonable attorneys’ fees, consultants fees, costs or expenses which are directly caused by Lessee’s use, storage , disposal or release of liability for any injury or damage to any person or property arising from Lessee's use of the Property or from the conduct of Lessee's Permitted Use, or from any activity, work or thing done, permitted or suffered by Lessee hazardous materials in or about the PropertyPremises in violation of law. Lessee shall have no other liability to Lessor or any of its officers, if applicableagents or partners as a consequence of the presence of hazardous substances in or about the Premises or property.
